Planning Engineer (Civil)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
7–8 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of construction projects.
Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Ability to prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (Master’s degree/ACCA/CA/ACMA will be preferred).
7–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience in preparing financial statements, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

12+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5–6 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in leading and managing the Accounts & Finance Department.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
