Planning Engineer (Civil)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of construction projects.
  • Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Ability to prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.
  • Experience in tracking project progress and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Contract Engineer (Civil)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, tendering, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.
  • Good understanding of FIDIC conditions of contract and construction contract laws.
  • Ability to handle variation orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience in cost estimation, BOQs, and tender evaluation.
  • Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Tendering Engineer (Civil)

  • Ability to review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
  • Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for quotations and cost inputs.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
  • Ability to prepare pre-bid queries and tender clarifications.

Finance Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (Master’s degree/ACCA/CA/ACMA will be preferred).
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures.
  • Experience in cost control, project budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Ability to coordinate with management, auditors, and banks regarding financial matters.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
  • Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations, audit procedures, and financial compliance.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

  • Experience in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices with suppliers.
  • Ability to prepare and manage purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.

HSE Officer

Requirements

  • Implement and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management.
  • Monitor environmental practices, including waste management, pollution control, and site housekeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, inspections, and incidents.

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditure to ensure projects are completed within financial targets.
  • Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and manage procurement budgets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final project cost reports and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, agreements, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients to resolve cost-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a QS in civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
