Our Team
Project Director
Mr. Abdul Qayum holds a Master Degree in Engineering. He has
over 20 years’ experience in Designing, Urban Planning,
estimation, tendering, contract documents and appraisal, contract
administration and management, cash flow forecasts, financial feasibility studies,
“Cost-in-Use” studies, valuations and escalations etc. He has worked for Quantity
Surveying Consultancy firm and Contractor in Pakistan.
Malik Basheer
Malik Basheer joined our Company in 2010. He has a vast
experience in Motorways, Expressways/Highways, Airports,
Underpasses, and Bridges and High-rise Building Projects. He
is a strong advocate of timely completion of projects to ensure client satisfaction
without compromising on the quality.
Senior General Manager
Mr. Mehtab Ahmed holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering. He
has a vast experience of over 08 years spanning over different
positions ranging from manager to General Manager in different
private sector construction companies. He has number of
successful mega projects under his belt which includes Motorways,
Expressways/Highways, Airports, Underpasses, and Bridges just to name the few.
He is serving as Senior General Manager since its incorporation. He is the man
behind success of the company. HBCC has been enjoying great success and
multiplied its revenues manifold over the years under his visionary leadership. He
is a strong advocate of timely completion of projects to ensure client satisfaction

Engr. Hammad Sabir
Mr. Hammad Sabir holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering. He

Manager Procurement
Mr. Hassan Iftikhar holds a Bachelor Degree in Management &
Supply Chain. He has a vast experience of over 08 years in
Purchasing Materials & Management Section in construction companies.
Finance
Mr. Rehan Ahmed holds a Master Degree in Business
Administration. He has over 10 years of professional experience
over different positions in different private sector construction
companies. He is one of the founding member of Hasnaat
Brothers Construction Company (Pvt.) Limited and serving as Manager Accounts
and Finance (A&F).
